California Bound

Just about a week and a half ago I found out that I gota job at Advantage Sales and Marketing in Plesanton, California. So after my family reunion last week, I followed my aunt Terrie out to the golden hills of California. One of my favorit thing about driving to and from California and Utah is "the Ball Tree". I do not know why this is my favorite part of the drive, but it has been ever since I was little. It took 14 hours to arrive in Danville, CA where I now stay with my aunt and uncle. (It took an extra 2 hours because my aunt had to stop at EVERY rest stop to go pee, and by every rest stop I am not exagerating)

My job is pretty nice (actually it is pretty boring and menotonous), I sit in an air conditioned room for 8.5 hours each day and look at I9's. They are the forms that employees fill out to verify that they are able to work in the US. If I was into identity theft this would be an awesome job! I have access to all of Walmart, Food Maxx, Sams Club, Suave, Dove, and many more company's employee information. I go into work at 7 am and get out at 3:30. So it means that I have a lot of time after work to play! I have spent way too mush on gas though, I fill up way too often and I have yet to get a pay check and won't for about 3 more weeks! I take a trip Danville to Plesanton, then from Plesanton to Danville everyday, and at least 2 a week I go to Concord and back. Way too much gas, and I need a paycheck now!

Good luck with GAS money!!! Too bad you switched places with Jake, now you really can't see eachother. Anyway, wouldn't it be cool if he came with you to visit us in November? I kinda don't think it will work out...We sure miss ya! I hope you are loving your full time job that sounds pretty labor intensive:) Feel free to call or text anytime. Spencer still remembers who you are, of course:)
